Lykkebazaren is an alternative recycling station that acts as a base for sustainable initiatives. It is a place for people to exchange and repair things whilst also offering a place where local communities can develop and grow. Lykkebazaren is the first of its kind in the Municipality of Copenhagen, where half of the building was required built from recycled material.
By using a combination of surplus industrial material and through recomposing the existing building materials, Lykkebararen was able to be built for 65% recycled material.
